1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing c44 at c44.ng, creating an account, or placing any bet or casino wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the c44 platform, including the website at c44.ng and the c44 Android mobile application. Use of any part of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you are accessing c44 on behalf of any other person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or organisation to these terms.

c44 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use c44 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting for betting purposes.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary restriction that prohibits your use of gambling or betting platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

c44 may at any time request documentation to verify your age, identity, or payment method. Until verification is completed to c44's satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to the platform. Providing false information during any verification process will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

c44 uses automated and manual checks as part of its age and identity verification process. If we have reason to believe an account is held by or being used by a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on c44. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a proxy — is a violation of these terms and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current. c44 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact c44 support immediately using the contact information at the bottom of this page.

• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• c44 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• On account closure, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.

4Deposits & Payments

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and Raast transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. c44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network outages.

All funds deposited into your c44 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party into your c44 account, is not permitted and may constitute fraud.

c44 reserves the right to:

• Set minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to involve fraudulent activity.
• Request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required.

Deposits are made solely for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games on c44. Using the deposit facility as a banking or payment service is not permitted.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. c44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

Before processing any withdrawal, c44 may require identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. This is a standard process and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. c44 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, delays caused by payment processors, banks, or verification requirements are outside c44's direct control.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see the Bonuses section.
• c44 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation of potential rule violations, fraud, or irregular betting patterns.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any outstanding withdrawal requests may be held pending review.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on c44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules take precedence.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports:

• Bets are only accepted when the relevant market is listed as open. Any bets placed after a market has closed, or after the event outcome is determined, will be void and refunded.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feeds. Delays in data transmission may affect bet acceptance. c44 is not liable for losses resulting from data delays.
• c44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• c44 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its discretion.

For casino games including Live Casino tables and Slot Games:

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer environments provided by established third-party game studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the result will be determined according to the game's own rules and the outcome recorded on the game server.
• c44 is not responsible for losses resulting from interrupted connectivity on the player's side.

7Bonuses & Promotions

c44 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games or markets. These specific terms are published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all c44 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on void, cancelled, or cashed-out bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• c44 reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all bonuses being voided and may lead to account suspension.
• Where bonus abuse or irregular play patterns are identified, c44 reserves the right to recalculate winnings, remove bonus funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. If you close your account or your account is suspended while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8Responsible Gaming

Betting and casino gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. c44 encourages all players to set a personal budget before they start, stick to it, and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment — not as something to chase or recover.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on c44. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (commonly known as arbitrage abuse when used in breach of these terms).
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion, or use of inside information to influence bet outcomes.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use c44 to process or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Creating or using a fake identity, or impersonating another person.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing a self-exclusion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c44 staff or other users.

c44 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity on the platform is logged and may be reported where required.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the c44 platform — including but not limited to the c44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of c44 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of c44's content without prior written permission. Scraping, mirroring, or framing any part of the c44 platform is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

c44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c44 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by technical failures, service interruptions, or delays in data transmission.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of c44.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Changes to Terms

c44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, c44 may also notify registered players via their registered contact details.
